So, I know that Creatine is a great supplement to take while working out and it being the main ingredient in Ripped Muscle X I decided to dig a little deeper. I am signed up to receive emails on a variety of products that become available so when I got this email advertising Ripped Muscle X I thought I’d look into it. Once I clicked on the link I was taken to a relatively conservative page of the product which nearly completely threw me off and I almost closed the page but thought I’d give it the benefit of the doubt and continue reading. I have done my research on Creatine and know its benefits when it comes to the gym and a number of other great health benefits and have been on the market to find a quality supplement with the right amount of Creatine in it to help me improve my results.

What is Ripped Muscle X?

Well, honestly, from the homepage you don’t get much information. Actually, you get little to no information in general. You get a bunch of images and large letters telling you how great it s and that you should buy it. Be a man with Ripped Muscle X and other lines like this really don’t sell, actually they do just the opposite as actual information is needed for real results, at least in my books.

I did notice at the very top of the page though that there is actually a menu which offers several options to click on. Of course half of them lead to a purchase page which allows you to enter your information and purchase the product. Only two of them actually had any real information, and that was pretty limited as well. The first on that I clicked on was Ripped Muscle X facts. Turns out this page was even less impressive than the last but here goes.

Ripped Muscle X Facts and the Lack Of!

Well, clicking on the Ripped Muscle X facts tab I thought I’d be taken to a page that had a bit more effort put into making it but unfortunately it was even more disappointing than their homepage. Actually the disclaimer at the bottom had more information that the actual page that was supposed to offer facts about the product. Relatively unimpressed I decided to continue reading.

From this page I learned that Ripped Muscle X was created by muscle fanatics for fitness fanatics along with a few other selling points. Turns out that what they did was take Creatine Magna formula and improved it. What I could not find what exactly how this formula was improved, what was added, what was removed, what was replaced. No information whatsoever. Through years of research they were able to achieve this incredible formula which I still cannot understand exactly how it was changed from the standard Creatine Magna formula. Creatine is the main ingredient of the supplement which for me was most important so I continued reading.

They go onto discuss that Creatine is a commonly used supplement to help both famous athletes as well as body builders. They both use and advertise it which I already knew. What I don’t know is what are the Supplement Facts, how is it different from the Creatine Magna formula, and what exactly is in the supplement.

With this I have completely covered the Ripped Muscle X Facts page. Yes, that was it, and I even added a bit of extra information, so it was actually much less. Scrolling back up to the menu page I found a link that says Why Choose Ripped Muscle X.
Why Choose Ripped Muscle X

Just like in the previous link I expected to see a bit more information but unfortunately I was greeted with the same nonsense. No real information. The only good bit of information I did find here is additional information about Creatine being a natural occurring acid in the body and its ability to improve overall endurance and help maximize muscle gain. They claim that their formula is the most advanced created Magna Creatine formula and it contains no unhealthy fillers as it is all natural. The only additional information I did find was at the very bottom of the page where there are two links for separate research done. Unfortunately, these links are available only on certain pages of the website, and though I did see them at one point I was unable to find them again which was very strange. The researches which were linked though were on Creatine rather than on the supplement itself.

My Personal Research

Though I am well aware of what Creatine is and its benefits I did go and do some added research in order to share it here. Many people are unaware of the benefits of Creatine.

What Creatine Magna is basically a combination of Creatine and magnesium. What it does is it offers an argogenic availability in intercellular water which in turn is an indicator of greater protein synthesis. What this means is that it offers more water to your muscles which results in bigger muscles, put in simple terms. There are clinical studies that show that it improves anaerobic performance and results in quick twitch muscle energy necessary to power movements when working out. In reality, it simply enhances your body’s ability to regenerate and generate ATP for improved muscle performance.

Other information I found specifically on Creatine includes that it helps deliver oxygen to muscle tissue which you are working out and results in higher energy levels. Creatine is taken by athletes and professional body builders to help increase muscle mass and improve exercise performance. One thing I did find is that it is most effective with young adults and those that have low natural Creatine levels rather than those that have higher levels of Creatine already in their bodies. Research also shows that Creatine is ineffective in adults past the age of 60. Though there aren’t many, there still are bodybuilders at the age of 60 so it’s key they understand that this is not going to help them.

It’s important to understand that Creatine is actually legal in all sports and many athletes do live by it. This means that if you are competing professionally you can take products containing Creatine. There are also a number of other great benefits of Creatine that are not necessarily connected with bodybuilding and sports. It has been used in the past and continues to be used for problems such as congestive heart failure, depression, bipolar disorder, Parkinson’s, high cholesterol, and a number of diseases of the nerves and muscles.
Are Products with Creatine Safe?

Though I could not find specific information on the safety of Ripped Muscle X or the rest of the ingredients as they are not listed I did find information on the safety of taking Creatine. Generally it is considered possibly safe. It is essential, however, to drink a LOT of water when taking anything containing Creatine as how it works is it draws water from the body in order to help your muscles grow and dehydration is possible. In addition, expect to actually gain weight when taking Creatine since it causes your muscles to hold water. Remember, Creatine does not help you actually build muscle, it just makes it look that way. You must really work out and work hard in order to build muscle regardless what supplement you are taking. Also, avoid drinking too much caffeine or taking the herb ephadra since this may cause a stroke.

At the bottom of the official Ripped Muscle X page there is a warning. Firstly, no supplements are evaluated or regulated by the FDA which is essential to remember as these are not drugs. Make sure you discuss taking any supplement with your doctor especially if you experience high blood pressure, have heart, liver, thyroid, or kidney disease, diabetes, anemia, anxiety, depression, or any other psychiatric conditions. Even if you have a family history of these conditions, are taking prescription drugs, or any other herbal medications. This is essential and should be considered not only with taking this supplement but any other supplement or drug.

With that said, I think there isn’t much more information that I can provide on Creatine or Magna Creatine. Unfortunately the official website was not very upfront with information when it came to the supplement.

Where to Purchase, How, and the Price

The official Ripped Muscle X offers several options for purchasing the product. First, you have the 14 day trial. This actually seems like a pretty good deal considering that you may want to actually try a product before committing. The trial costs $4.95 for shipping and handling and you will receive a 30 day supply of Ripped Muscle X. One thing that threw me off was the fact that it states clearly that it’s a 14 day trial but in fact when you read the small writing to which you agree upon purchase it states you have 10 days. This is ESPECIALLY important because if you miss canceling by the time your trial ends you will be charged $87.63 for the bottle you have. In addition to this you will continue to be charged $87.63 plus shipping and handling every month as you will continue to receive a new 30 day supply of the supplement until you do cancel. With that said, remember that the 10 day trial begins the day you receive your product not the day you order like most.

The other option you have available, and this I recommend if you already have tried this product and know its effects, is directly buying bottles of it. The prices are as follows:

    5 Month’s Supply – $139.99
    3 Month’s Supply – $114.99
1 Month Supply – $89.99 plus you get free shipping

Did I Try Ripped Muscle X?

Actually, I decided to go for the 14 or 10 day trial. What’s the most I can lose, $4.95, right? Well, I ordered and started taking it straight away. It took about 4 days to receive my shipment which in reality did make it about 14 day trial from day of purchase.

I did not experience any serious side effects, aside from the standard when I am starting a new supplement. My experience with the supplement was not extreme in any way and I had no serious problems but I can’t say I had any real results either. Unfortunately I was reluctant to fork over $87.63 for this product and 10 days really isn’t nearly enough to really see results. I did experience a bit more energy but regarding my muscle size or overall performance in the gym I was unable to see any major changes which was understandable.

Cancellation was a pain in the butt to say the least. I called on the 8th day to cancel as I wanted to make sure I don’t miss my cancelation date. It took several tries to get someone on the phone and once they were on the phone it was impossible to get them to understand that I do not want the product and none of the other products they were trying to force me into. After about 30 minutes of arguing over why I did not want to continue taking the supplement they finally agreed to give me a return number which was to be attached with the shipment. The following day I sent back the product (keeping doses for the same and following day to complete my Trial). Three days later I called to check if they had received it and it was noted in the system. I am still waiting to confirm that I do not receive any charges or new shipments but so far so good.

I personally do think that Ripped Muscle X may be effective and safe. I did not experience any negative effects but unfortunately I was unable to see any of its positive effects either due to how short the trial is. Perhaps if I had that opportunity I may have continued to order Ripped Muscle X. Their website and lack of information though leads me to believe that it may be a scam and that regardless whether the supplement is effective or not the Ripped Muscle X website could easily be a SCAM which will disappear once enough people are hooked.
